Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking Labourer to join our team for the fall planting season. You will assist with tree, shrub, and perennial installations, soil preparation, mulching, and site restoration as we wrap up our outdoor projects before winter.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with manual excavation, trenching, soil amending, and precise plant placement.
Apply natural mulches, organic matter, and erosion control measures.
Handle plant stock with care and assist with general material loading and staging.
Maintain clean, organized tools and job sites throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma,
Reliable transportation to arrive at our Omemee farm yard promptly by 7:00 AM.
Ability to thrive in physical, outdoor work across all fall weather conditions.
Positive attitude, reliability, and an eagerness to work well with a close-knit crew.
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, farming, or physical outdoor labor is an asset.
