We currently have an opening in our Georgetown, Ontario location for a full time Sales Administrator. This unique position within our organization will report to the Sales Manager


The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. They must be a self-starter with proactive mind set who is willing to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills are essential when dealing with multiple departments, customers and vendors.


The main responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, having a can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
  • Service oriented with the ability to actively listen, problem solve and interact with customers on a daily basis
  • Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain the efficient operation of the sales department
  • Working with contractors, dealers, consultants, in conjunction with all Territory Managers within the Sales Team
  • Organize and execute Unilock presentations
  • Participating in educational opportunities; attending seminars and conferences as offered
  • Participate at all scheduled local association trade shows and events
  • Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization



  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Graduates of College or University level programs preferred
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office with advanced presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently within a team and a very fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Applicants must be able to pass a criminal back ground check
  • Valid Ontario drivers license
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
