This position will include answering the phones at our head office location along with many administrative functions to support our team of managers.
* Assisting with the preparation of maintenance contracts (as knowledge is gained in this area, the position will continue to expand and you will be given more responsibilities).
*Preparing estimates (when required).
*Open and distribute mail.
*Ordering office supplies and overseeing our boardroom schedule.
*Taking minutes of meetings, when asked.
* Being able to use Excel to build simple spreadsheets.
* Calling in for 'Locates' and distributing information.
*Supporting our accounting team, during our busy season.
* Various administrative functions (photocopying, preparing employment packages, tracking fuel usage with logs etc). You will never be bored
- Proficient with Excel and Word.
- Experience with Quickbooks would be considered an asset.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Accuracy in data entry.
- It would be great if you had prior experience in the Landscape Industry , but this is not a prerequisite.
Wage is commensurate with experience.
The hours for this position will be 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
