Join our highly skilled professionals as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Oakridge Landscape Contractors, located in Hamilton (Hannon). With 25 years history, we offer a reliable steady full-time position Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The successful candidate will:

  • Possess 3 to 5 years in Accounts Payable role preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel - both maintaining and developing spreadsheets
  • Ability to work to deadline
  • Resolve A/P issues
  • Payment of vendor and contractor invoices
  • Reconciliation of credit card account
  • Issue purchase orders and reconcile work invoiced to work order
  • Process expense reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Experience with Jonas Enterprise Service and Construction software would be an asset
  • Fluent in English.

Public transportation is NOT available in this area. Hannon is a suburb of Hamilton. We are located on Hwy 20 just across from Rymal Road.
