We have about 25 staff involved in a number of areas including the install crew, grading teams, hydroseeding, and farm operations. We believe in great people accomplishing great things.

We offer $18-19/hour to start, with room for raises and promotions based on skills and work ethic. Typically you’ll work about 45-50 hours a week. We are aiming to have a start date of May 3. It could be earlier or later depending on weather. We will work until the ground freezes, normally around November and sometimes later in the year if possible. Winter employment in snow removal is offered.
Each day you will deliver sod to a different jobsites and vendors anywhere between Port Hope and Gananoque and sometimes as far north as Bancroft. You will load and unload your truck using a forklift in different traffic and weather conditions.
